Some are traditional livestock, providing the eggs or the ingredients for spicy cheese, others are pet animals or those who carry you and your family on their back through our valley region.

A real little zoo

Where should we start? Best from our farm dog Jacky, a beautiful Australian Shepherd, who likes children most and is always for to have fun. Then of course our cats scurrying across the yard, everywhere funny chickens cackle and in the barn hares nibble, our Valais Blackneck and our black-nosed sheep bleat, which simply look cute and are our natural lawn mowers. In your farm holiday in Ahrn valley you can watch how we feed the animals and take care of the stables – and if you like, you can gladly help us.

Our Quarter Horses and donkey Giulia

We are particularly proud of our American Quarter Horses: the ideal horse for Western riding. ……… At your side there is always our donkey Giulia. If we organize our donkey picnic for children, the mischievous gray animal fully focuses the attentions. The joy is then every time huge when Giulia works flat out and slackens with the bushy donkey’s ears.
